11th Annual Super Liga Skills Soccer Challenge

The Rhode Island Youth Super Liga, L.L.C. has committed to promoting the development of youth soccer. The 11th Annual Super Liga Skills Soccer Challenge allows players to concentrate on developing their technical skills .

The Rhode Island Youth Super Liga, L.L.C. encourages all associations to inform their players from U8-U14 to participate in this event. Again this year we will be holding four regional competitions, with the top two finishers in each age group, from each regional, qualifying for the championships on Tuesday , June 18, Place: TBD. Players can compete only once at one of the regional competitions. All players who play on Spring 2013 Super Liga teams will qualify. The CHAMPIONS in each age bracket will be announced by June 22, 2013.

The players will be competing in skills challenges for:

DRIBBLING * SHOOTING * PASSING * JUGGLING

Competitions will be held in the following age groups:

U8 BOYS * U8 GIRLS * U10 BOYS * U10 GIRLS

U12 BOYS * U12 GIRLS * U14 BOYS * U14 GIRLS

And COACHES, Male & Female

REGIONALS will be held, 6:30-7:30 pm on the following dates………..

May 21- Colt State Park - Bristol

May 23 - Alves-McKinnon Soccer Complex - Pawtucket

May 28 - Winslow Field - Warwick

May 29 - Wilson Park - North Kingstown

GRAND PRIZE

For the CHAMPION in each age group….

· Two Tickets to the Champions Night at Gillette Stadium, Date: TBD

The champions will be recognized on the field at halftime, Sponsored by the Revolution.

· Honored guest at the Super Liga Awards Banquet in late August 2013.
